Cow Brushes

Automatic Cow Itching Brush Thumb Image Cow brushes allow animals to satisfy their urge to itch, get a massage, remove parasites from their skin, improve their blood circulation, and remove dirt. This leads to an improved milk yield, and time and cost savings by avoiding the effort associated with manual cleaning. Two types of brushes are offered: manual and automatic.

Manual brushes are static and are usually installed in pairs of two in an L-shaped setting. Cows walk up to the brushes and make contact. Automatic brushes on the other hand, are powered by a motor which is activated when a cow makes contact. The brush stops 30 seconds after the cow has left. They are mounted on a two-axis joint which gives the powered brush, the freedom of motion necessary to maximize contact. Both types of brushes tend to leave the animal with a cleaner look.

The cow brushes are manufactured in Turkey and meet strict Conformité Européene (CE) standards.
